3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received defective or damaged: – Hygiene or personal care products – Customized or personalized goods – Any item marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be borne by SHOPIUM GENERAL TRADING- FZCO.
  • For any other approved return reason, shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
